W. Todd Parker
W. Todd Parker was born and raised in Tyler, Texas where he attended Robert E. Lee High School and lettered in football, basketball and golf. In 1992, he received his BA from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and served as a Silver Spur. He attended and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston and promptly moved back to Tyler to work with his dad, Jerry C. Parker, at Sammons and Parker Law firm in 1995. He now is the sole partner of The Parker Firm, PC and operates the office with his wife, Lana, who is the office administrator. He became board certified in personal injury trial law in 2000 and is a member of The State Bar of Texas, Smith County Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and most recently was inducted as an advocate for the East Texas Chapter American Board of Trial Advocates. He is an accomplished trial lawyer with a 98% success rate in over 85 jury trials and is recognized for his professionalism, competitiveness and style in the court room. When not competing in front of a jury, he spends his time contesting in various triathlons, spartan and adventure races around the nation. He has a true heart for community and proudly serves East Texas through numerous charities and local schools and has been involved over the years coaching with local Pop Warner, Little League baseball and select baseball teams. Todd is the proud father of two boys, Mason and Rhett, who are following in their dad’s footsteps by attending college in Austin.
